Job Summary

An educational provider is seeking a Remote Family Success Liaison Trainer in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and coordinating new hire training schedule
  • Supervising new hires through training process
  • Continuing to mentor new hires throughout their first quarter of employment with periodic check-ins

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree AND Two Years’ Experience
  • OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
  • Strong Internet proficiency
  • Excellent customer service skills
