The FCSM is responsible for managing organizations interested in adding value to their contracts with the federal government by positioning Offensive Security training and certification services. The FCSM also works on immediate sales opportunities as well as develops strategic relationships for ongoing pipeline growth.
Location: Metro Washington DC area
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales opportunities with all designated Partners, providing accurate and updated sales funnel
- Responsible for attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, as well as weekly pipeline creation goals
- Build and maintain quarterly business plans for named partner accounts
- Recruit and develop key federal partners
- Assist sales team with any strategic direct deals with federal government
- Building and executing on a business plan for the market sector to maximize revenues specifically including suggested marketing activities to generate awareness and demand.
You must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing federal partner programs
- Proven ability to close deals - large and small
- High level of attention to detail
- Deep understanding of the federal procurement process and
- Candidate must have experience with Federal Channel Resell, system integrators, Prime/Subcontractor alliance partnerships, teaming agreements
- Strong understanding of GWAC/BPA Federal procurement process
- Minimum 4 year degree from top university
