Job Summary
A civil engineering company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Federal Department of Interior Client Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Identify, coordinate, and lead capture teams and actively manage and shape proposal development for Federal contracts
- Facilitate creation of deep, personal, valuable client relationships between company personnel and client personnel
- Deliver on Department of Interior specific business plan and KPIs, plus engage with sales teams to influence process discipline
Qualifications for this position include:
- United States Citizenship
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent related work experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven client development skills
- 15 years of experience, i.e: NPS, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Forest Service
- Established track record of developing and implementing strategies, while effectively creating and winning work
- Extensive business development and capture management experience necessary, with knowledge of federal customer funding
