Job Summary

A management consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Federal Human Resource Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Processesing SF-52 requests for personnel actions using the Federal Personnel Payroll System
Determining correct legal authority, nature of action codes, and remarks based on information provided by HR Specialists
Maintaining e-OPFs for OIG employees and new hires, creating files and uploading documents

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience
Prior experience independently processing personnel actions using the FPPS
Knowledge of the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions
Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with attention to detail
