Job Summary
A management consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Federal Human Resource Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Processesing SF-52 requests for personnel actions using the Federal Personnel Payroll System
- Determining correct legal authority, nature of action codes, and remarks based on information provided by HR Specialists
- Maintaining e-OPFs for OIG employees and new hires, creating files and uploading documents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience
- Prior experience independently processing personnel actions using the FPPS
- Knowledge of the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with attention to detail
