Job Summary

A medical record reviewing company is seeking a Home Based Field-Based Chart Reviewer and Collector in Ansonia.

Must be able to:

  • Accurately and efficiently conduct medical record review and abstraction services
  • Scan relevant components of the medical record to support reviews performed
  • Complete quality, accuracy and inter-rater reliability testing as requested in a timely manner

Qualifications Include:

  • Registered nurse or LPN, CNA or medical assistant
  • Previous clinical experience
  • Experience in performing chart abstractions
