An internet and e-commerce company has a current position open for a Remote Field HR Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as subject-matter expert for labor laws for both exempt and non-exempt employee groups
- Counselling and providing mentorship to first-time managers on employee relations,
- Partnering with your region or function's HR Business Partner on larger projects and org changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Five (5) years of HR experience in fast growing organizations
- Knowledge of HR federal & provincial laws and regulations
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- An analytical mindset and high business acumen
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly-changing environment
- Proven communicator with demonstrable experience
