Job Summary
A provider of workers compensation services is in need of a Home Based Field Nurse Case Manager in St. Petersburg.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals
- Work as an intermediary between carriers, attorneys, medical care providers, employers and employees
- Closely monitor the progress of the injured worker and report results back to the employer and insurance carrier
Qualifications for this position include:
- Diploma, associate or bachelor's degree in nursing or bachelor's degree (or higher) in a health or human services related field
- Two years full time equivalent of direct clinical care to consumers
- Registered nurse with current, valid state licensure required
- Must be eligible to sit for CCM certification and must have a valid driver's license
