Job Summary
An education company has a current position open for a Remote Field Services Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing an approach to Field Services team deployment
- Partnering with RFEs to support the hiring, learning, impact and growth of Field Services leaders
- Leveraging data, trends and insights to evaluate value, need and effectiveness of projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel may require 1-2 trips per month based on project need and can be flexible except for several key meetings/conferences
- Previous strategy/management consulting experience
- Previous experience working with mission-driven non-profits and mission-driven for-profits
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree required and at least 10 years of professional experience
