Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Field Strategic Sales Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with enterprise sales executives by owning the technical sales process
  • Designing and developing creative solutions to customer requirements
  • Providing advice and guidance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel to enterprise customer sites periodically
  • Early stage software, preferably SaaS, technical pre-sales (SE) experience in a new category
  • 5-8 years' experience as a Sales Engineer in the SaaS and/or enterprise software industry
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Substantial experience creating MS Excel-based solutions
  • Bachelors (BA/BS) degree required
