Job Summary
A university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Finance and Administration Associate Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Independently initiate and create strategic plans for Department programs and services
- Direct staff and provide leadership to achieve goals and vision of the Department
- Manage the direction of internal academic and administrative policy development for programs and administrative operations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with LEAN process improvement or other process improvement methodologies
- Clinical background or demonstrated experience in managing large, multi-site clinical trials
- Demonstrated skill and experience in research administration and advanced financial modeling
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to answer research questions and solve operational problems
- Prior experience working in a matrix structure and providing strategic advice to senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience in administrative and financial management, or combination of education and relevant experience
