Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Finance Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Help to ensure that our billing and revenue recognition, AR/AP processes, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end reporting activities are completed
• Be a trusted partner and liaison to a wide range of team members, customers, and vendors
• Help to maintain our general ledger, assist with audits and budgeting processes, and prepare financial reports

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience helping to manage these finance functions
• Proficiency in accounting, financial best practices, reporting, and analysis
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel, especially with advanced formulas and functions
• Demonstrated experience working with QuickBooks and Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding ability to learn quickly, understand new concepts, ask questions, and present new ideas
