Job Summary

A digital banking company has an open position for a Remote Finance Customer Success Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with our partner organizations to ensure excellent service
• Planning, managing, negotiating, and executing the transition to in-house customer service.
• Creating a roadmap for Customer Success

Required Skills:

• Banking or finance experience
• Experience building a Customer Success organization or being one of the 1st Customer Success hires in a company
• Experience providing secure and compliant customer service within regulated industries
• A strong methodology on how a Customer Success team should run within a startup
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more CS reps and managers
• Comfortability crafting content and speaking in a brand voice that might not be your own
