Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage others, develop exceptional talent, and encourage your team to challenge assumptions
• Manage and participate in finance and accounting activities across several locations
• Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 10%+ travel expected, primarily to local operations, in addition to regional support
• Manage, evaluate, analyze quickly and create meaningful business reporting
• Develop strategic relationships with your business partners
• Root cause issues quickly and uncover core issues
• Teach the business how decisions affect costs in their sites
• Manage a team with competing priorities
