Job Summary
An interior decorating company is in need of a Remote Finance Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain and build Company-wide KPI framework by working closely with the executive team
- Lead company planning for all near and long-term forecasting processes
- Develop key metrics to measure progress and performance against key company goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-7+ years of experience in corporate finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA preferred
- Strategic and analytical mindset - ability to leverage data to make key decisions
- Ability to establish strong working relationships across all levels of management, and to work collaboratively and independently
- Expertise in financial modeling skills
- Effective at communicating complex topics and influencing others
