A financial and insurance services company. is in need of a Remote Finance Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing activities of assigned team including supervisors and/or individual contributors
- Understanding and communicating directives from senior management
- Holding one-on-one meetings with employees on performance and career development
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
- 8 years of accounting/finance experience including three years of supervisory/management experience
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing, to diverse audiences
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel and financial business systems
