An employee-owned staffing firm is in need of a Remote Finance Manager in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving and monitoring financial performance, analyzing and interpreting operating results
• Assisting with the global budgeting process, modeling and forecasting, strategic reporting, and investor relationships
• Driving the financial planning process for monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and five-year strategic plan

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Light travel post Covid
• 10+ years progressive finance experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience working for a publicly traded company
• Strong analytics and financial modeling skills
• Strong presentation/communication skills
