Job Summary
A digital solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Finance Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating, measuring and reporting on key AR metrics
- Managing end-to-end AR process for the marketplace operations
- Leading the AR support operation and help implement an efficient, scalable team for a rapidly growing business
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in KPI reporting and dashboards
- 8+ years of experience in Financial Operations (i.e. accounts receivable, collections)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience with working with and managing outsourced vendors
- Experience identifying problematic areas and determining root cause
- Experience working with a growing business and scaling an operation for success
