Job Summary
A company specializing in solutions for the trucking industry is filling a position for a Remote Finance Sales Strategy and Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Set global sales targets, own GTM forecasting, and optimize sales incentive design
- Lead quarterly and annual planning initiatives for the Sales Strategy and Operations org
- Collaborate with the Pricing Committee to drive pricing and packaging decisions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years in Finance, Investment Banking, Business Operations, or Sales Operations at a fast growing startup
- Intellectually curious, has an ownership mentality, and the appetite to innovate
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems
