Job Summary

A payment technology and financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Finance Services Senior Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Support clients using the company's digital products and services
  • Act as the single point of technical contact for assigned merchant and partner accounts
  • Provide post-launch support to merchants, developers, and partners across multiple channels

Required Skills:

  • 4 years of work experience with a bachelors degree
  • OR 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree
  • OR 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree
  • Able to manage and troubleshoot escalated technical problems
  • Able to act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the push payment platform
