Job Summary

A non-profit educational support organization has a current position open for a Remote Finance Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage staff 401k, 403b and Pension Plan submissions for multiple entities and multiple states
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness in processing and reporting to internal and external customers
  • Ensure that all retirement plan contributions are submitted within 5 days of each payroll and will assist with payroll reporting and journal entries

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years minimum relevant payroll & retirement plan experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Experience working in an education or non-profit environment
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Excel
