Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Account Manager II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing client retention, satisfaction and loyalty
• Providing overall exceptional customer experience to assigned clients/advisors
• Imparting a strong customer service viewpoint and present effectively tailored communications with a variety of external partners.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
• 2 - 4 years a client-facing role
• Experience with implementation activities, plan document design, client relationship management, consulting, asset transfer and reconciliation
