Job Summary
A not-for-profit medical group is filling a position for a Remote Financial Clearance Call Center Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle and resolving missing registration items via work queues
- Handle exception based pre-registration and registration activities
- Assist patients will financial questions related to appointments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to read and communicate effectively
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 or more years of relevant experience required
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills
- Intermediate mathematic competency
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and phone handling skills required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
