Job Summary

A not-for-profit medical group is filling a position for a Remote Financial Clearance Call Center Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolving missing registration items via work queues
  • Handle exception based pre-registration and registration activities
  • Assist patients will financial questions related to appointments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to read and communicate effectively
  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 or more years of relevant experience required
  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills
  • Intermediate mathematic competency
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and phone handling skills required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
