Job Summary

A credit union service organization is in need of a Remote Financial Collections Representative 1.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Making outbound collection calls
• Handling inbound collection calls on accounts past due up to 60 days in a first party environment
• Maintaining accurate documentation of collection efforts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High school education or GED equivalent
• Six months work experience with problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work in fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet computer software applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of materials handled
