Job Summary

A venture-funded financial services company is in need of a Remote Financial Compliance Sanctions Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing guidance on escalated sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media cases
• Remaining up to date on AML and sanctions regulations and procedures
• Improving team efficiency and effectiveness by setting and tracking performance metrics

Qualifications Include:

• Sanctions Advisory experience and/or held Sanctions Officer/Manager roles
• Experience leading sanctions teams, preferably in a high-growth environment, dealing with customers directly
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of banking products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
