Job Summary
A recruiting software provider has an open position for a Remote Financial Controller Accounting Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build out a team, systems, and processes that enable you to develop timely and accurate financial reporting
- Work with finance operations team to coordinate and support customer-facing invoicing and payment processing
- Work with local accounting teams to streamline international accounting and reporting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Qualified accountant with 8+ years of public and private work experience
- Experience leading a team responsible for financial accounting at a high-growth technology startup
- Experience with international subsidiaries
- Experience working with NetSuite or a similar ERP system and related integrations
- Strong technical background, including knowledge of US GAAP
- Attention to detail and commitment to precision financial reporting
