A staffing agency that serves the accounting and financing industries is in need of a Remote Financial Coordinator in Southern California.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Process and audit invoices within the SAP enterprise resource planning system
  • Ensure internal controls are followed and preserve integrity of the vendor master database
  • Process offcycle and emergency payment requests

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with SAP
  • Able to assist with monthly and quarterly closings
  • Have experience with payment processing
  • Work remotely
