Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Financial Crimes Audit Programs and Training Director in Tempe.
Must be able to:
- Complete comprehensive reports reporting on risk, gaps, and suggested recommendations
- Identify and manage risk
- Apply advanced knowledge in program/project management practices, methods, and practical application
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Masters Preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in large scale, cross functional projects, with geographically dispersed team
- 7+ years resource management
- 5+ years experience in a training environment, leading training staff, and working with a learning management system
