Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Financial Crimes Audit Programs and Training Director in Tempe.

Must be able to:

• Complete comprehensive reports reporting on risk, gaps, and suggested recommendations
• Identify and manage risk
• Apply advanced knowledge in program/project management practices, methods, and practical application

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Masters Preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in large scale, cross functional projects, with geographically dispersed team
• 7+ years resource management
• 5+ years experience in a training environment, leading training staff, and working with a learning management system
