A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving continuous improvement forward by diagnosing inefficiencies and proposing solutions
- Ensuring a seamless and transparent customer experience with regular status updates
- Communicating clearly when working with internal stakeholders and leave clear, detailed, and concise notes for your colleagues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Candidates with retention sales and customer advocacy experience will be prioritized
