A software company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Customer Service Representative in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering incoming calls and respond to customer’s requests
  • Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Informing clients by explaining the procedure, answering questions, and providing information

Qualifications Include:

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Must be able to pass a background check and type roughly 25 wpm
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
