A financial services company is seeking a Remote Financial Executive Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain Executive & Senior Management calendars, arrange meetings & appointments
• Support President & CEO as administrative focal point
• Create PowerPoint presentations and various weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Schedule & attend Executive & Senior Management meetings
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with 3+ years supporting multiple executives at the C-Suite level
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
