A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Fraud Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Curate and deploy processes, procedures and methodology to make fraud investigations efficient
- Be a subject matter expert across various types of fraud prevalent in the financial services industry
- Manage and lead a team across all fraud and compliance operations workstreams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor degree
- 15 years of experience working within financial services
- Experience in people operations and queue management
- Must have a deep expertise within various types of fraud and compliance related processes
- Deep expertise in tools and investigation methods for fraud related alerts
- Good understanding of various technology based tools
