Job Summary
A consumer and business credit reporting and marketing service provider is in need of a Remote Financial Industry Client Implementation Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Triaging issues from Implementation and Support and assign to team members
- Managing the day to day activities of the team
- Lead daily scrum calls and assist with impediments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years business analyst, implementation, or client payer side experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- 1+ years supervisory and mentoring experience
- Experience leading cross functional teams in complex delivery environments
- Healthcare eligibility benefits experience
- Understanding of HL7 and X12 message or file formats and transactions required
- Experience utilizing and reporting from Jira and Salesforce
