Job Summary

A mortgage services company is in need of a Remote Financial Loan and Mortgage Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Addressing, resolving and responding to any customer concerns
  • Providing support to Partners/Brokers and Account Executives via direct communication
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of available lending programs
