A mortgage services company is in need of a Remote Financial Loan and Mortgage Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Addressing, resolving and responding to any customer concerns
- Providing support to Partners/Brokers and Account Executives via direct communication
- Ensuring exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of available lending programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Exceptional computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Applications
- Demonstrate responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning; must be a fast-paced individual
