Job Summary
A financial services firm is in need of a Remote Financial Operations Reconciliation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing assigned accounts to identify outstanding issues/variances and research to identify root issues
- Opening correction requests/tickets to appropriate areas
- Assisting team members with training and complex issues as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- MS Excel - intermediate level
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within prescribed and inflexible deadlines and in a team environment
- FINRA fingerprinting upon hire
- MS Access - basic to intermediate level
