Job Summary

A global contract research organization has an open position for a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Directing the forecasting, monitoring, reporting, and analysis of company financial results
• Directing the preparation, review, and distribution of functional department financial results
• Overseeing FP&A analysts and performing quality control on work products

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• 5+ year of management responsibility
• Excellent project leadership and consultancy skills
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ years)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting/financial principles
• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
