Job Summary
A university needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Director in Whittier.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee and/or prepare monthly financial reports
- Prepare and/or oversee preparation and monitoring of the University's multi-year forecast model
- Develop and maintain campus-wide communication and training program
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- On-campus work will be dependent upon need and planned activity and is estimated at 2-4 times a year
- Bachelor's, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
- Microsoft Office, with advanced skillset in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from members of the campus community
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
