Job Summary
A financial institution is filling a position for a Remote Financial Portfolio Management Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Attending management presentations for potential new LBO underwriting opportunities
- Assisting Investment Bankers/Relationship Managers in structuring transactions
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 2 years of Leveraged Finance experience
- At least 5 years of large (sales in excess of $250 million) corporate, commercial or investment banking loan underwriting/structuring
- Ability to plan, multi-task, manage time effectively, and work independently with limited direction
