Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Financial Regulatory Compliance Attorney in San Antonio.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing legal advice and counsel
  • Foreseeing, mitigating, and managing legal risks
  • Working with outside counsel to complete assignments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school required
  • 4 or more years legal experience
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with regulations of financial institutions, including banks
  • Experience with a federal and/or banking regulatory agency or
  • Law firm/ in-house counsel experience involving Federal and/or banking regulations
  • Experience with conducting analysis of new and changing laws and regulations
