Job Summary
A payments technology company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Risk Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review exception batches for suspicious activity
- Monitor daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and chargeback volumes to identify any trends or issues
- Investigate and communicate with merchants via telephone regarding exception activity and request additional information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk and fraud management required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant services, payments, and/or chargeback management
- Advanced knowledge of Visa/Mastercard rules/regulations
- Effective and comprehensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Ability to learn new computer programs, software, equipment, and/or hardware
