A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Consistently meeting and exceeding team revenue goals
• Hiring and nurturing a team (6-10) of outstanding Portfolio Advisors
• Assisting your team throughout their sales cycles by deeply understanding customers' needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Have experience with forecasting accurately
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams
• Have experience selling investment products to high net worth individuals
• Can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively towards individual, team, and company goals
