Job Summary
An information management and electronic commerce systems company is in need of a Remote Financial Services Client Support Tier 2 Professional.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and inquiries
- Providing accurate information and quality customer service
- Researching customer inquiries utilizing company resources
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service/client service experience
- Preferred experience in Financial Services
