Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Financial Services Customer Service Representative in the Tampa Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Fielding inbound calls
- Answering questions
- Providing an unmatched customer experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend training
- At least a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years customer service experience or at least 6 months or remote work experience
- Must live no more than 100 miles from the Hub site
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
