Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Financial Services Information Technology Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer project managers
- Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training and development
- Manage Social implementations
