Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Services Retail Partnership Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing and Maintaining Desk Rental Agreements, Marketing Service Agreements and Accuclick
  • Reconciling monthly Co-Marketing charges
  • Working with Retail Loan Officers to ensure they have provided all documentation for approval.

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite of software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, flexible and the ability to multi-task
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality required
