Job Summary

A financial services and insurance agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Services Strategic Workforce Planning Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading the team who supports strategic workforce planning processes
  • Integrating strategic workforce planning processes with HR, CFO, and CRE systems
  • Ensuring that processes are performed within risk and measurement thresholds

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Human Resources or related discipline
  • OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum in lieu of a degree
  • 8 or more years of relevant Workforce Planning & Forecasting or HR Metrics experience,
  • Leadership experience
  • 3 or more years of experience leading high performing direct report teams
  • Experience developing long range (3 years +) workforce planning and forecasts
