Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Financial Services Virtual Global Support Trainer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitating new hire onboarding sessions and multi-week training for Care Center Operations
- Assisting in developing self-paced and facilitator led training content
- Working alongside department Supervisors to provide on the job observation and coaching for lower performing associates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma
- Or GED
- 1 year of work experience in a call center
- 1 year of leading and conducting multi-week training classes with little supervision
- 1 year of classroom training and facilitation, and/or supervision
- Ability to represent the Care Center Learning and Development team in projects
