Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Business Systems Analyst II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing complex business and system problems to drive solutions and perform data-driven root cause analysis
- Collaborating with business and IT to implement system solutions
- Investigating new uses of existing data and systems to achieve competitive advantage
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Moderate understanding of multiple divisional applications and processes
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Principals and Practices, Salesforce, Lean methodology skills
- Three to five years progressively responsible experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, project management or business analysis, or the equivalent
- Agile methodology, Microsoft Excel, database querying applications knowledge
