Job Summary
A payments technology company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Technology Partner Relations Advisor II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve Sales Partner issues
- Investigating and determining root cause of issues and suggest solutions for improvement to management
- Responding to phone and email requests from assigned Sales Partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent customer service skills and professional manner
- Practice active listening skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and email
- High school diploma and at least three year's prior customer service experience in the financial services industry
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention detail
