Job Summary

A financial technology and banking company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Technology Product Management Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Managing and mentoring a team of product managers
Designing, developing and managing activities for a specific product or group of products
Leading all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line

Qualifications for this position include:

2+ years managing teams
Working knowledge of Agile practices including user stories
Deep and demonstrable experience in CRM and Call Center Systems, specifically Salesforce and Twilio
8 + years working with software development teams as a product manager, product owner or business analyst is required
Proficient in MS Office suite, Jira, Confluence
Working knowledge of user experience and user interface concepts and best practices for web and mobile applications
