Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Financial Technology Transaction Monitoring Analyst in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify, investigate, and document reports of unusual or suspicious card activity
- Assist and identifies other investigative efforts
- Analyze outstanding issues and/or trends to troubleshoot problems and avoid recurrence
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel on ship to meet with crew members around the world
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of financial institution or law enforcement experience
- Ability to recognize fraudulent items and items that merit more detailed analysis
- Great communication skills and a level of comfort interacting with card holders
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required
